Salary: Base salary $110-120 + bonus 20% to 45%. Qualifications: Multiple site manufacturing plant and distribution center experience.
Experience with organizing distribution and logistics to meet customer demand.
Experience with materials scheduling and coordination of distribution and logistics to meet customer demand.
Use of Lean manufacturing tools to improve and eliminate waste in the distribution and logistics processes.
Experience with consolidation of inventories.
Experience with implementation and use of an ERP system.
Ability to influence and guide materials managers at plant locations on a dotted-line basis.
Hands-on ability with distribution and logistics, but capable of development of associates to manage all daily activities.
The position is a key corporate leadership role and the right candidate needs to have successful leadership experience.
Duties: Responsible for Materials, Distribution and Purchasing. Between $400 and $500 million annual sales volume. Travel is required, but the plants are all in North America. Contact: Gib Snyder
