Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in business/logistics preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years experience in Logistics
- Strong background in I.T.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing people in a team-based environment
- Ability to influence people that are not direct reports
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Demonstrated track record of outstanding team building, and managing projects to completion
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Access, MapPoint, SQL Server)

- Demonstrated strong leadership skills that can deliver results in a high-pressure customer obsessed environment
- Experience in data warehousing, transportation/warehousing management systems

Duties: - Manage Accountable for inbound/outbound transportation spend
- Accountable for damage spend reduction
- Develop and drive annual business plan
- Manage 4PL transportation provider relationship
- Accountable for CDC operations, including order management, order planning, tendering, on-time deliveries, track/trace of products intransit to customers and reporting
- Accountable for productivity improvements via Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) software
- Serve on EMA Global OTM steering committee
- Accountable for cost out goals for inbound/outbound transportation, factory/RDC warehousing and damage reduction
- Drive 4PL/3PL leadership to ensure customer delivery measurements are met and/or exceeded
- Warehouse lease contract negotiations
- Manage consultant needs and relationships
- Distribution modeling and network optimization
- Accountable for month-end shipping activities to minimize carry-over and maximize pull-ahead
- Other duties as assigned
