Experience with high-volume Retail / CPG supply chains;
Effective use of MS Access or Excel, and software applications to support the forecasting process;
Bachelors Degree;

We are currently working with a $400M division of a $3B, global manufacturer that has experienced double-digit growth over the past 2 years and is coming off of record-breaking months in January and February. As a result of the success and growth theyre experiencing, they are looking to formalize their Demand Planning and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

Position Description:
Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain;
Develop and maintain a 12-month rolling forecast at the SKU level and drive the entire forecast process for this $400M business;
Drive the monthly S&OP process;
Protect the financial performance of the strategic business unit by identifying potential supply chain issues;
Develop models to forecast new products;
Lead monthly forecast review meetings with executives;
Participate in the financial budgeting process;
Advise sales, marketing and finance of variances between existing forecasts, plans and actuals. Contact: Kelly Moura
